Frank Favaro is a co-owner of Chianti Classico. Often a genial host, Frank is a driving force, working mainly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant. Frank is dedicated to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Frank is a former President of Restaurant and Catering SA who helped lift industry standards and represented it to governments and authorities. He often unselfishly shares the benefit of his knowledge, expertise and experience with fellow restaurateurs who are his competitors, colleagues and friends.
