
Luisa Favaro, Frank's mother, worked her magic in our kitchen since we began as Chianti, on Light Square, preparing all our ragout sauces and her signature Osso Bucco. What can we say? Mama learned from head chef Tobias Gush, and vice-versa. Luisa's friend Antonia Di Gioia still works alongside Tobias and the rest of our kitchen staff, helping to ensure 'autentico' in our cuisine.
